The rapid expansion of AI continues to increase the strain on IT organizations. More LLMs, Vector Stores, and Agents in the network mean more structures to manage and maintain.

To effectively track these structures as you grow into AI adoption, flexible monitoring tools are required that enable quick recognition, investigation, and response to operational issues, while also supporting the development of a strategic approach to building resilient infrastructure.

That’s why we’re excited to announce that Anypoint Insights – a feature within Anypoint Monitoring that has been in open beta for just over a year – is now generally available.

It’s a tool designed to provide businesses with comprehensive insights into their conjoined MuleSoft and AI ecosystem. Autonomous Agents are becoming regular invokers of MuleSoft applications and the ability to cohesively monitor how AI utilizes your business critical API investments sets the foundation for your operational AI strategy.

This enhancement to Anypoint Monitoring makes it easy to view the health status of such entities, identify performance bottlenecks, and monitor KPIs across all your Mule applications for both traditional and AI use cases.

Monitor your Mule ecosystem

Anypoint Monitoring offers a centralized platform to oversee the health of your Mule entities, including APIs, connectors, and applications. You can now organize these structures across business units and monitor their status in real time. Anypoint Insights allows users to search for entities across different business groups and environments, streamlining the monitoring process and enabling efficient evaluation of key areas within your application network.

In practice, the ability to monitor by entities is helpful when trying to evaluate systems associated with different business units or logical groupings, such as those applications being invoked by Agents. This filterability provides more coherence when it comes time to strategically evaluate the health of your IT systems, as well as operational benefit when trying to perform root problem analysis.

Digest comprehensive and real-time performance monitoring insights for all the deployed applications and APIs at a glance, while enabling the simultaneous visualization of metrics for multiple entities and to filter and drill down into key metrics for individual entities.

A strategic approach to resilient infrastructure

Monitoring analytics are only valuable if they can quickly visualize the health of your unique application stack, across logical definitions that accurately represent your organization. While monitoring is often seen as an operational task, it can also have a strategic impact. Detailed insights into the performance of your entities and the ability to promptly identify and address bottlenecks help develop a strategy that can set you apart from the competition.

Our goal with Anypoint Insights is to support this modern approach to Integration management, providing our customers with a flexible yet comprehensive method for tracking the health of their increasingly complex application, AI and agentic networks.

Stay tuned for further announcements regarding Anypoint Insights later this year, including the enablement of system metrics, and custom dashboards.
