ADP, one of the largest global HR services providers, was facing significant issues to deliver and maintain agile and lightweight integrations. One of the ways to address this was to launch the Interface Platform Data Exchange project (known as DEX) to expose apis and connect to 3rd party interfaces, such as time and attendance systems and learning management systems. ADP is focusing on making connectivity to these systems self-service, allowing them to define their integrations on standard API's, onboard customers quicker, improve customer satisfaction and broaden their integration capabilities for the future.
