MuleSoft was recently ranked the tenth best small and medium workplace in North America by Great Place to Work®.

To determine the best small and medium workplaces, Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more than 158,000 US employees. Their results showed 96% of MuleSoft employees say their workplace is great. They also rated great pride (99%), great challenges (98%), and great atmosphere (99%).

MuleSoft’s 1,400+ customers use Anypoint Platform at the core of their most important digital initiatives. For example, they are upgrading their customers’ shopping experiences by creating new mobile apps for buying products and receiving promotions. They are also using Anypoint Platform to improve operational efficiency, supporting extended supply chains to automate complex processes such as quote-to-cash.

How our customers impact the world

The societal impact that our customers drive is extensive. For example, we work with many of the world’s largest healthcare providers to improve patient care. One of the largest healthcare providers in New York City, for instance, has a goal of providing a single source of patient information to all medical workers. In order to accomplish this goal, the customer used MuleSoft’s platform to connect disparate sources of patient health data with Salesforce as their CRM provider.

MuleSoft also works with many of the world’s largest federal agencies to improve outcomes for citizens. For example, MuleSoft’s platform helps one government agency provide better visibility and care into at-risk children and families. With greater connectivity, the agency can speed delivery of critical community services to children in need. MuleSoft also plays a critical role in improving education by working with leading universities like MIT. Education is quickly transforming to adapt to students and how they want to learn and consume information, and MuleSoft is helping universities adapt and provide seamless experiences on physical and digital campuses.

MuleSoft’s impact on society spans nearly all industries, with others including improving customer loyalty in the retail sector with companies like Coca Cola and improving financial management in the banking sector through work with organizations, including Wells Fargo.
