Earlier this month, at MuleSoft CONNECT 2018, we unveiled Titan, the next major release of Anypoint Platform. This release represents our most comprehensive Anypoint Platform release to date and marks a major milestone in our plan to help customers build flexible, secure, multi-cloud application networks. This release includes updates to the following components of Anypoint Platform:
As companies embrace omnichannel strategies, achieving a 360-degree view of their customers has become increasingly challenging. Customer 360 is a continuous discipline around delivering a reliable view of their customers and relevant attributes so that any employee or system has access to the customer information it needs to manage the customer journey. The discipline is iterative in nature and involves 5 steps as illustrated below. In this article, we will provide a detailed guide regarding one strategy you can use to capture customer information (step 2,
In part one of this blog, I walked you through the process of setting up an Ethereum client and generating two Ether wallets for the purpose of testing. In this blog, I’ll show you how easy it is to leverage MuleSoft to connect to and send funds from one wallet to another using an Ethereum connector that was developed using Anypoint DevKit.
In my last article, I provided an example of how you can use Anypoint Platform to connect and expose a Blockchain Proxy Layer API. The proxy layer, on top of MultiChain, provides all the benefits of Anypoint Platform and gives you granular control to share data and monitor transactions. MultiChain is just one of a growing number of blockchain platforms in the market. Within the market, there are two types of blockchain networks: public and private.
What an amazing time it is! We recently announced a major milestone: the GA release of Mule 4!
The new release of Mule is all about ease of use and accelerating the speed of development. With up to 50% fewer steps and concepts to learn, Mule 4 jumpstarts integration projects with better access to data and a completely new reactive, non-blocking (and self-tuning) runtime engine!
As an IT professional, have you ever been in a situation where you know something is broken, but you can’t manage to spot where it is coming from?
It is frustrating and quite time-consuming. You can try to use “divide and conquer” to determine the root cause. Step by step, you reduce the problem space until you isolate the origin of the issue. Yet, in most cases, you still don’t fully know what complex chain of events led to the pain.
I am excited to announce a new guide format for content that helps make understanding Anypoint Platform and implementing typical integrations patterns much easier. With Anypoint Platform, an organization can not only integrate any two systems together, but can also deploy, and manage those applications all from within a single platform.
The goal of these guides is to teach you — the developer — how to wield the platform and gain a meaningful understanding on how to achieve success with your own projects.
In the previous blog post of this series on C4E, I discussed using an API-led approach to build software applications. The C4E practice encourages reuse of resources, collaboration with third-party developers, and frequent direct interaction with business owners. During the initial discovery phase, the team recognizes the opportunity to develop a System API that provides an endpoint for retrieving data from a lookup list. The System API also allows for the list to be replaced and updated.
I have created a Mule application that pings URLs to ensure that the URLs are up. And if the URL is down for one reason or another, then the Mule application is capable of sending out an email notification. At the time of this writing, the Mule application could send out an email notification,
